Classic Pro — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Longhorn Forge Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as "Classic Pro" ("Classic Pro," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our software for lawn-care businesses (the "Service") at classicpro.app and app.classicpro.app. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
The two roles in your data
Your account data (your name, email, business details, billing) — we act as the controller. The data you enter about your own customers (their names, addresses, jobs, invoices, photos) — you are the controller and Classic Pro is your processor, handling that data only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any necessary consent to enter your customers' information.
Information we collect
- Account & profile: name, email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider), business name, contact details.
- Business data you enter: customers, properties, jobs, schedules, estimates, invoices, payments, photos/videos, notes, and similar records.
- Billing: subscription plan and status. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
- Usage & device: log data, IP address, browser/device type, and actions in the app, used for security and to improve the Service.
- Cookies / local storage: required to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
- Process subscription payments and send service-related messages.
- Provide support and respond to your requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Service providers (sub-processors)
We share data only with vendors that help us run the Service, under contract and only as needed:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting.
- Cloudflare — application hosting, DNS, and content delivery.
- Stripe — subscription billing and (where you enable it) processing card payments from your clients.
- Resend — transactional and quote/invoice emails you send through the Service.
- Twilio — text messaging, when SMS features are enabled.
We do not sell your personal information or your customers' personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
Text messaging (SMS)
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messages from Classic Pro are account notifications and customer support only. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
Payments
Subscription and card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. When you enable payments from your own clients, those funds and card data flow through Stripe; Classic Pro does not store full card numbers.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete records in the app, and you can delete your entire account from Settings, which removes your organization's data (subject to short backup-retention windows and any records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting purposes). To request deletion or a copy of your data, email [email protected].
Security
Every account's data is isolated at the database level using row-level security, so one business cannot access another's records. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access is restricted on a least-privilege basis, and sensitive credentials are never stored in the browser. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address vulnerabilities.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. If you are an end customer of a business that uses Classic Pro, please contact that business directly; we will assist them as their processor.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
